Judgments on Haryana Ceiling on Land Holdings Act, 1972

Saturday, January 05, 2008
Haryana Ceiling on Land Holdings Act, 1972

Haryana Ceiling on Land Holdings Act, 1972 — Section 18(6) — Expression “at any time” — Though the expression used in Section18(6) of the Haryana Act is at any time, obviously it has to be a reasonable time and if action is taken to impugn the order after long passage of time, the Court, held, has to examine whether it would be proper to grant a relief prayer for the same.
